We stay on. Monthly cadence, predictable invoice.
Ongoing engagement to maintain, iterate, and extend a system we built (or one we've inherited). Monthly hours, weekly stand-ups, shared roadmap. Best for live platforms, internal tools that keep growing, applications that need to keep up with the business.

Advisory
Senior engineering as a sounding board.
Embedded technical advisory for founders and product teams who need senior judgement on the table, not another vendor. Architecture reviews, hiring panels, technical due diligence, strategic stack decisions. Time-boxed, billed by engagement.
